We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom.
The delivery charge depends on the total weight of the goods and the delivery postcode. The exact charge is shown in the basket after you enter the address, and again at checkout, before you pay.
Free delivery
Delivery in the United Kingdom is free when the goods reach the free-delivery amount shown in the basket and at checkout. That amount is the goods total, before the delivery charge. Free delivery applies to one United Kingdom address per order.

The £14.50 band also covers other remote UK postcodes that our delivery rules treat the same way, including the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight. If your postcode is in that band, the basket shows £14.50 for goods over 2kg, unless the goods have reached the free-delivery amount and delivery is free.
When the order is sent
After payment is confirmed, we aim to hand the order to the courier within two working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales.
After dispatch, delivery on the UK mainland is usually a further two to four working days. Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands often take longer. These times are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date.
If something is missing or arrives damaged
Email contact@gmvshopping.co.uk as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the parcel and the item. We will repair, replace or refund it under your legal rights. Those rights are set out on the returns page.
