Information we collect

We collect:

the name, email address, billing address and delivery address you give us, and a phone number if you provide one

what you bought, the price, the delivery charge, and messages you send about the order

account details, if you register. Your password is stored in a protected form. We cannot read it

the IP address, browser type, and the cookies described in our cookie policy, because the shop needs them to run

a review, if you choose to leave one. The name you use on the review can be seen by other visitors

We do not store your full card or bank details. Payment is handled by the payment service shown at checkout.

The shop sells to adults. Do not create an account or place an order if you are under 18.

Why we use it

To take your order, take payment, deliver the goods, and deal with a cancellation or refund. The lawful basis is the contract.

To keep order and payment records for tax and accounting. The lawful basis is a legal obligation.

To answer a question, prevent fraud, and keep the site secure. The lawful basis is legitimate interests. Our interest is running a safe shop and answering customers. You can object, as set out below.

To send a marketing email, and only if you have asked for it. The lawful basis is consent. You can withdraw it at any time. Order updates are not marketing.

Who receives it

We share only what is needed, and we do not sell your information.

The supplier in the United Kingdom who holds the goods, so the order can be packed and sent. We send them the delivery name, address, phone number if we have it, and the items ordered. We do not send them your payment card details.

The courier in the United Kingdom, so the parcel can be delivered.

The payment service shown at checkout, so the payment can be taken or refunded.

The company that hosts the website, and the email service we use to reply to you.

A professional adviser or a public authority, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for up to six years after the order, for tax and in case of a legal claim. We keep an account until you ask us to delete it. We may still need to keep the related orders. Messages are kept for as long as the matter is open, and then with the order if they relate to one. If you consented to marketing, we keep that until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, a correction, deletion, or a restriction on how we use it. You can object to use based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. You can ask for a copy of information you provided, in a portable form, where the basis is contract or consent and the processing is automated.
